LABPACKAGING

In laboratories, offices and warehouses across the country, small (<5 gallons) containers of chemicals are sitting around gathering dust, corroding and getting in the way of normal business practices. In most cases there will not be just several containers of one chemical, or even one category. Acids will be one the shelf with bases, and oxidizers alongside flammables. Now this situation is no longer just an inconvenient byproduct of your business, it is a hazard to your employees, your property and your bottom-line. These chemicals may at one time have served a purpose, but are now just liabilities for your business. Labpackaging for disposal is the answer to your cluttered space at a reasonable cost.

No longer do you have to amass larger quantities of chemicals to be poured-off with like chemicals. Your employees don't want to do it, your health and safety officer doesn't want it done, and if you have researched your state and federal air restrictions, you will not want it done. Chemical pour-off's also have a potential for dangerous chemical reaction. Your part A and Part B paints and resins have no labels? Chances are they will be poured together. Even pouring the same acid together at different concentrations can cause serious problems with swelling drums and a lot of smoke. Labpackaging separates chemicals that can cause dangerous interactions and allows you to dispose of your waste periodically instead of holding large quantities of chemical that you are not using.

Labpackaging takes small bottles (between 1 oz. to five gallon pails) of segregated chemicals (flammables with flammables, acids with acids, etc…) and packages them in overpack containers with an inert packing material that can absorb an and all spills. With the use of several sizes of overpack containers ( 5, 10, 20, 30 and 55 gallons) any number and size of chemicals can be labpackaged in the most cost effective manner. Segregation is the key to labpackaging, and should be trusted to only those with experience in the "art" of segregation. With over 13 years of experience with labpackaging, segregation, EPA and DOT regulations EES is the company to trust.
